A ProCover contract gives you the peace of mind of a guaranteed response for your covered services as well as the knowledge of having a highly trained Network Engineer personally assist you, and if necessary make a site visit to rectify the problem.

To complete your ProCover contract, Promega Systems Ltd offer Hardware Maintenance to cover your IT system.
Hardware will normally be replaced by the next working day by one of our engineers.
